port wiki and manual to new website

username-removed-24982 requested to merge eighthave/fdroid-website:port-wiki-manual into master

This aims to be a straight port of the content in https://f-droid.org/manual and https://f-droid.org/wiki in order to get the new website ready for launch. I tried to make as few changes as possible, but some changes just would have been studip to avoid:

  • totally outdated links and references
  • formatting changes

This does not port wiki pages that are automatically generated, either by the publish server process (e.g https://f-droid.org/wiki/page/Antifeatures), or by mediawiki itself (e.g. https://f-droid.org/wiki/page/:Category:Apps_to_Update)

Some outdated things were left in the wiki also, and still linked in this new port.
