No feedback on no search result

What did you do? (clear steps if possible)

• search for an app that's not available (or a random string)

What did you expect to see?

• a message informing me that the search ended and there is no such app in the current loaded repos (maybe try another term)

What did you see instead?

• an empty view (hey maybe it still searches? did it end already?)

Thanks @licaon-kter. I've tagged as a regression, because this feature existed in 0.102.3.

Maybe add a spinner thing that appears and animates until the search operation finishes.

A spinner would be a good option if it is proven that the search takes a long time. In my experience it should be quite instant for most cases, and so I'll start with the "No results" message. If once that is implemented, we start to notice that searches still take a long time then we can focus on improving the "Performing search" experience with a spinner.
