Update Serbian language

Serbian translation is complete, but it hasn't been pulled for several months.

Looks like the Serbian translation was included in commit 0a77a9d210b88bc1e5e8994c391b7abf071b047d, so the next release will have it! :)

Looks like the test release 0.77-test should include a Serbian translations as well, but there have been updates since then.

Hi, I've noticed some strings in 0.77 are updated, but not all. Possibly strings are changed in the mean time, or something is gone wrong with MediaWiki translation module. I can't tell what is the problem, because I can't login to f-droid via OpenID anymore.

Some updates to the serbian translation were included today, that will be included in the next release.
