Can we update spongycastle?

I just updated Universal Image Loader to the latest stable.

I was looking at other libs to be updated and noticed spongycastle. We have 1.51 but 1.52 has been out for some time: https://github.com/bcgit/bc-java/releases

@eighthave @pserwylo I can do the update myself, but since I haven't touched the code that uses the lib I just want to run this by you. Any reasons why we should stick with 1.51, or should I go ahead?

updating spongycastle should be low risk, and new releases are likely to include security fixes, so it makes sense to keep spongycastle up-to-date with upstream releases.

Oops, it is bouncycastle that got updated, not the fork spongycastle. Spongycastle is still at 1.51. My bad.
