Missing "working" indicator when installing an app

When installing an app using system privileges, F-Droid no longer show any "working" indicator. Version 0.92 showed spinning circle in header, but there is no such thing in version 0.94-test. It takes few seconds to install an app, but sometimes much more time for bigger apps, and it looks like nothing is happening.

FWIW, same thing goes for uninstalling apps.

Ah, sorry. This is something I was kinda aware of when working on the Material theme, but forgot about. The new implementation of the Action bar is called a Toolbar, and it no longer supports a progress widget. As a result, we should show an indeterminent progress bar while installing, kind of like the one shown during download in !107 (merged).

We should also change the text on the buttons to fully represent what state the process is in. We have that to some degree now, but not entirely.
