Feedback for "Setting up (wifi|bluetooth)" is not as immediate as it should be.

This is relevant at two different times. Firstly, when opening the swap activity, it should remember which of wifi/bluetooth was enabled previously and attempt to re-enable those. This process takes a long time, and it is several seconds before the toggle button is switched on.

The second time is when manually toggling the buttons on. They should immediately get disabled (so as to prevent frequent turning on and off) and the text should say "Setting up (wifi|bluetooth)...". This does work, but again, it takes a long time to do so.

These are likely both related to the same problem.

This has been fixed as of a little while ago. The UI now updates immediately, and disables the toggle while it is enabling/disabling these features.
