Make sticky error notifications for bad index signature or no index update within alloted timeout

If I hit the "Update repos" button, f-droid pings the repo servers for a new package list. The problem is, the feedback for failure and for no updates are very similar - a message in the top drawer thingy which disappears after half a second. Could you make this message stay until dismissed so I can see what's happened? Related to #425
