Add name-only / description advanced search filters/ranking

When searching for an application, it would be useful to be able to filter by name only or rank applications with search terms in their names or descriptions higher.

Searching for "backup" for example returns many results that have nothing to do with backups but do have "backup" in their description.

An application such as "oandbackup" which has the term "backup" in its name and description should rank higher.
