usability issue with categories menu

regarding the Available apps/All menu: it is easy to miss that there are the entries "What is new" and "Recently Updated" above the top-most entries. Perhaps the menu could be by default scrolled so that 1/2 of the previous and following menu entries are visible to make that immediately visible? Or display scroll bars?
