Install button gets updated wrong after extern uninstall

What did you do? (clear steps if possible)

• Install any app
• Keep app details open
• Uninstall app, e.g. from app info or launcher

What did you expect to see?

• App details button gets updated from "Run" to "Install"

What did you see instead?

• Button gets updated to "Uninstall"
• Dialog opens, title "Error uninstalling %s", description "Package that is scheduled for uninstall is not installed!"

Workaround

• Close app details and reopen

Yeah, the AppDetails button updates have been a mess for a while now. We're redoing AppDetails #749 (closed), so we'll fix this issue then.

@eighthave: Did you still want this against %0.102? Or should we leave it to %0.103 - UX Overhaul hoping it will not be a problem with the new implementation. If it is a problem there too, then this issue against that milestone will be a reminder to test this specific scenario.
