Update repo should not start if there is no connection

Xperia 5.1.1, 0.102-alpha1/2

Else 2 things happen:

• https://gitlab.com/fdroid/fdroidclient/issues/426
• once an actual connection is available F-Droid does not use it

One needs to FC F-Droid and retry.

/LE: looks like this might have been user error, I'll reopen after more testing.
