Better handling of multiple repository: preference for displayed application name

When F-Droid detect an installed app present on multiple repositories it should check whether the installed version match one version present in one of the repositories.

If it match then it should prefer the application name used in the repository that match the installed version otherwise if it doesn't match any existing version then use the previous behaviour.
