Provide changelogs to app updates

This is definitely something which several people want. Of course it will take a lot of: effort, coordination between fdroidserver and fdroidclient, coordination between F-Droid the team and upstream developers. However, that should not stop it from occurring. @mvdan has often made the point that getting this done right is a good practice effort for getting screenshots of apps, which is also a common request.

This is actually the only most-wanted feature that I would find interesting. I don't care for screenshots, ratings or any of the alike, but I think changelogs are more universally useful. Would be good to get it done at some point.
