Don't show manual update buttons when auto-fetch downloads is enabled

The update tab is strange, especially when you have the auto-download setting activated.

What it shows (in this order):

• list of apps with updates and install button

• "x apps require updates"

• an expandable item "Show apps" where, when clicked, all apps are listed again (I have no idea for what this could be useful)

• and finally a "download all" button, which could also be hidden when all apps are already downloaded (as when the setting is enabled)

• F-Droid version (in the About screen): 0.103-alpha3

Yeah, in earlier discussions our UX designer @crwinfrey suggested that we should hide the "Show all" and "Download all" buttons when "Automatically fetch downloads" is enabled. I think when we address #932 then we should also do this (i.e. hide anything that is not directly related to currently-updating apps).
