More misc UI fixes, mainly for older devices.

During development of %0.103 - UX Overhaul, most of my testing was done on a 5.1 device. This is the result of me spending some time testing on an older 2.3 and 4.4 device.

It also includes some fixes for other UI stuff against the 0.103 milestone.
