Why do you allow software with nonfree dependencies?

Example: ch.rrelmy.android.locationcachemap

That app has a info box reading "Non-Free Dependencies This application depends on another non-Free application. "

It doesn't make any sense to me to allow software with nonfree dependencies when you don't allow the software themselves to be nonfree.

Why not just remove all apps from the F-Droid repo that are located in https://f-droid.org/wiki/page/Category:Apps_with_NonFreeDep_antifeature ?
