Add QDict - com.annie.dictionary

libqdicteng.so was a blocker for importing this into F-Droid but was removed a long time ago. The whole project is clean of *.so files

There is a couple of jars in the project, these are all open source libraries for compatibility with Android < 4.0. They can be either built from source or dropped.

Please check if the Build field is correct. I'm not sure if I filled it correctly, especially the subdir. Anyway, the last commit is the good one.
