App download counter statistics

It would be great to have some sort of download counter. Every time an app download is finished correctly, the version counter will increment and the total package counter will increment. Those statistics should already be anonymous by default. This will help developers see what, if any, is the users' reaction to a particular release. If at all accepted as 'an issue', it is meant as a long term f-droid server wishlist item.
