Update bash completion

There are a few sub-commands that are missing from the bash completion script. I found signatures and btlog, btlog actually has completable options but will never be autocompleted itself, maybe that's on purpose because build is far more often used?

The bash completion needs to be modernized, the options completion doesn't seem to work. I at least added the missing commands.

@eighthave option completion works for me. Not sure what's going on.
