Further improvements to new design

From Jono:

  • I signed up for the newsletter but haven't (yet) got a confirmation email.
  • Could you ask your design team to come up with a quick logo (we can put that into the social accounts and set as a favicon).
  • The Maturity Model page breaks the sidebar: http://conversationaldevelopment.com/maturity-model/
  • We should split off the Contribute section onto a separate page ("Contribute") which is also in the menu and on the front page have a line at the bottom that says "Conversational Development is a living, breathing methodology that you can improve. Find out here"

From Sean:

  • Disable sidebar and mobile on Maturity Model page.
  • Add latest tweets widget.
