Resolve minimum size recommendations

We recently updated the memory requirements for GitLab to a base of 4GB, yet GitHost still has the Developer package that uses 2GB as standard. https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/6016

We should update the GitHost plan requirements accordingly.
