Correct name for the channel is the #gitaly

Correct name of channel to send gitaly alerts is #gitaly.

@eReGeBe we currently have one receiver defined for gitaly: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-cookbooks/gitlab-prometheus/blob/master/templates/default/alertmanager.yml.erb#L20-23

It points to the gitaly channel in slack: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-cookbooks/gitlab-prometheus/blob/master/templates/default/alertmanager.yml.erb#L93-102

I think we are only missing changing the alerting rule in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/runbooks/blob/master/alerts/gitaly.rules#L7

Could you send a MR for this? (or just merge it in, no need to wait for confirmation for such a change)
