Updating email templates from billing system

We are moving from Recurly to Zuora and want to make sure that the email communication that will come from the Zuora represents our brand well and has a tone we want. Would like to have someone review the templates and make any comments/changes so we can upload into Zuora. Note: these are emails that will come from Zuora and not marketo. Recurly_Email_Templates.docx

As for timing, this is not urgent. Go live is around end of the month or early June.

@lukebabb since this isn't urgent just let me know when you are about to start design work and we can sync quickly on copy or if you prefer to mock it out first just let me know when you finish your first mock and I can provide copy then.

@ChadMalchow it's my impression we won't need to do any design work for these since they are coming for Zuora, just finalized copy from the attached doc, correct? cc @amara
