Updates to GitLab Features pages
Current problem
Today the features page speaks to GitLab products and it does not help you get an initial understanding of what you can do with GitLab.
Goal
Update GitLab's features page to outline some of the key features across all of GitLab's products.
Iteration 1
-
The features comparison will be removed from /features
and put on/pricing
by this issue: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com/issues/875 -
Remove the navigation bar -
Remove the entire GitLab Community Edition
andGitLab Enterprise Edition
purple sections -
Move the section titled powerful code review
to the top of the page
Iteration 2
We need to add screenshots and text boxes for Issue Boards, Gitlab CI, and Cycle Analytics. Adding these screenshots will change the order of the screen shots to:
- Row 1: Merge conflict resolution, activity stream, and file browser
- Row 2: issue management, issue board, and code snippets
- Row 3: GitLab CI, Review Apps, and Container Registry
- Row 4: cycle analytics, Gitlab Pages, and git-powered wiki
-
