Post Call Notes:

• It really helps to setting up your responses up for the next person in hot queue that might pick it up. It helps to write what you're testing and what it could mean.

• Also adding code to validate what you’re saying and or to see an example of formatting.

• Lee "tailors" the responses according to how the person asking the question communicates (for example, non-english speakers)

• Logging that happens in the workers code is logged in sidekiq.log even LdapGroupSync events. We thought LDAP would only log to production.log.
