Post Call Notes:
It took us some time to figure out how to best respond to Sharief (first ticket) and we weren't sure how we could have done it faster. Also, the other tickets required us to do a fair bit of research and digging into docs, so learned a bunch of new things about runner auto-scaling. @athar @dewetblomerus
