• Ticket 1: Mattermost login issue: User reported the same error as per: https://gitlab.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/77552. We requested that the user try the same fix that worked for the original reporter. If it solves the problem we may have a regression and we'll create an issue for that.

• Ticket 2: Resulted in a bug report.
