77591 is tricky. We've tried quite a few things but nothing has helped so far. Also worked on this during the mega pairing session with Chris et al. We also spent a fair bit of time on https://gitlab.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/78320. API behavior is inconsistent and the documentation doesn't help much. Gotta work on this.
