78174 was a complex one tried to reproduce that at our end but couldn't succeed.

@MrChrisW wrote a script to add all the slugs in the db but everything worked fine.

Things tried:

• Imported all the slugs.: Worked fine

• Removed referenced wiki and check if it creates any issue.: Worked fine

• Cloned the wiki to another project and tested.: Worked fine

From the error we concluded that it is missing a params[:id]

 missing required keys: [:id]):
    1: %li{ class: active_when(params[:id] == wiki_page.slug) }

As a check, we have asked them to manually remove the wiki page that was creating the problem and check if the problem exist.
