Post Call Notes:
For Ticket 1, logrotate was not functioning, so we recommended restarting it or configure it based on the docs here https://docs.gitlab.com/omnibus/settings/logs.html#logrotate if the issue persist. In Ticket 2, the customer asked if GitLab supports SNAT (Source Network Address Translation) and we confirmed that it does. Ticket 3 was asking about background jobs being executed on an HA Cluster more than once, which we said no, only 1 instance executes a job at a time.
