Two versions: `gitlab_pages_setup.markdown` - shorter than - `gitlab_pages_setup-v1-2-1.markdown`:

1. `gitlab_pages_setup.markdown`: more direct and with less explanations
2. `gitlab_pages_setup-v1-2-1.markdown`: including GitLab.com as a first section; explaining each line of `gitlab-ci.yml`; explaining that the user can add a `gitlab-ci.yml` for each branch and the advantages of doing so.
