Update post: add warning on distrusted certificates (StartSSL)

After this comment, http://disq.us/p/1e9cwec I checked with StartCom, and they responded they're trying hard to come up with a solution by the end of Jan, 2017. I've noticed that they indeed removed Firefox and Chrome from their list of supported browsers.

In a chat conversation with @connorshea and @afolson, we decided the best move would be adding a warning to the top of the post, which is what this MR does:

Migrate to Kubernetes for tests

This will change the build_branch and lint steps to be executed on the Kubernetes cluster in Azure (see https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/infrastructure/issues/749 for the whole story). This is anticipated to save us significant bandwidth charges!
