Created a blog post to add introduce myself and added me to the team page.

Features

Adds `/features` page.

This page is meant to replace the `/gitlab-ce` page and possibly the `/gitlab-ee` page as well.

It is not linked from anywhere yet, as it's quite big and we should have a chance to see whether it can replace other pages. I suggest we deploy it, review it (make necessary changes) and make a direct link in the navigation bar (or from elsewhere).
