Remove https://about.gitlab.com/githost-io/ and references linking to it

https://about.gitlab.com/githost-io/ exists, but so does https://githost.io/

We don't need two pages for the same purpose.

Proposal

• Remove https://about.gitlab.com/githost-io/
• Remove links that point to it

Is it worth doing a proper redirection in case links pointing to this page exist out there?

Yeah what I've done in the past is to leave the page, but show where it directs to. This is a simple issue, I'll submit an MR in a few minutes.
