One yaml followup

This is the followup after doing https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com/issues/1334

2. Joe - The solutions page https://about.gitlab.com/solutions/ needs to be more like https://www.heroku.com/flow => website builder
3. Job - All solutions need a description.
4. Job - Every solution should have at least one feature
5. Job - Import should be a solution
6. Connor - https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com/issues/1478#note_33955790 lists 175 solutions but https://about.gitlab.com/features/ lists 106 instances of 'badge-container' in the source. We're missing a few, for example One integrated tool https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com/blob/befe51fec8705c67f7ea0ec3821f85b64130d5f8/data/features.yml#L510 is missing under efficiency.
7. Connor - Missing should be added to solutions https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com/blob/master/data/solutions.yml as specified in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com/issues/1478
8. Connor - We should add the reasoning for what we did to the readme of www-gitlab-com, together with a guide on how to modify solutions and features. Initial content can be from the issues https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com/issues/1334 and https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com/issues/1478
9. Connor - The features and solution page should link to features.yml and solutions.yml from the existing 'a public file on GitLab.com ' link in their footer.
10. Connor - https://about.gitlab.com/solutions/ should say 'View the 5 features' instead of 'Read more' so people know in advance how much is behind something. => Let's not do this
11. Connor - https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com/blob/master/data/solutions.yml should allow do a body text that is a few paragraphs? or will we just do it directly on the page?
12. Connor - https://about.gitlab.com/features/ now has one or two features on a row when there are only one or two with a screenshot, it should just be filled up and accept more whitespace below the other items
13. Connor - Change the first phase/solution from Chat to Idea, see https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com/issues/1478#note_36115224
14. Connor - Add a table of contents to the top of https://about.gitlab.com/features/
