Fix wording that customers can't modify EE

    Problem

    Connor notices a problem: "They also cannot make any modification to the GitLab EE code.” I thought customers could modify EE if they had a license? https://gitlab.slack.com/archives/C0AR2KW4B/p1503612968000223

    Correct: "you are free to modify this Software and publish patches to the Software" https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/blob/master/LICENSE

    Solution:

    1. Remove text
    2. Move relevant information from https://about.gitlab.com/license-faq/ to pricing.yml
    3. Remove rhttps://about.gitlab.com/license-faq/ and redirect to /products
    4. Make sure the pricing.yml includes a link to the license file https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/blob/master/LICENSE
