Subscription page need a refresher

The subscription page should:

• highlight the important differences
• not waste screenspace / not distract users with irrelevant information
• guide the user to the right subscription (most likely standard)

@JobV Looks great! I don't like having different button texts and not having standard in the middle but I'm open to accepting it.

Both points are not something intentional (nor can I find literature on it). I'll implement it tomorrow with standard in the center.

@mvb I like it! I think I'll take your design, but change the header color for standard. We want to give standard extra extra attention.

@mvb if you can share a vector file (I use sketch), that'd be great. Makes it easier to extract attributes for css.
