UI bugs with Chrome 41.0.2224.3 dev (64-bit)

While reading the latest blog post I came across a UI bug that causes the navbar to appear twice, disappear or partially appear. Like this:

More likely to be a Chrome rendering bug, it seems. We don't really do anything weird with the navbar.

You are right. I noticed it when it started failing on other webpages. Just wanted to be sure
