Recurly emails confuse Zendesk
At the moment Recurly sends a BCC to support@gitlab.com when welcoming a new customer. This does not land well in Zendesk; these 'Thank you for subscribing' mails get marked as 'suspended'.
I suggest creating sales@gitlab.com, with the same forwarding setup we had before (straight to our individual @gitlab.com addresses). Recurly can then BCC sales@gitlab.com. When the customer responds to the Recurly welcome email they go to Zendesk anyway.
