Set up a DO HTTP nginx server to serve the site

I've created blue-moon.gitlap.com for this. Log in as root, your and my keys are on there. (I'm starting a beer theme for our server names: http://www.bluemoonbrewingcompany.com/)

BTW I've opted for Ubuntu 12.04x64

set up ufw, allowing SSH and HTTP created ubuntu user with passwordless sudo

enabled 500 MB swap

turned off nginx server_tokens switched Route 53 to point to DO set x-frame-options (clickjacking)

Updated deploy task to use rsync 860f92c6
