Move OSCON content to handbook

Also the talking points and faq can maybe be part of the sales materials.

@sytses @AshleyS I think the FAQ's are extremely valuable. I will add a section within sales onboarding section called Positioning & FAQ's unless either of you have a different point of view. I also think there are some FAQ's here that we may want to add to the website as well, since it addresses branding.
