Features page has to be more flexible
It should be easier to add content to the features page, so that we can always show off new features and provide links to further reading on them.
If we have a structure that can be iterated over, we could simply list the features in the YAML frontmatter of the page.
That would require rewriting of much of the HTML, but this would also give the opportunity for some much deserved redesign work.

@JobV right now feature page is soo cluttered, I work on adding CI to it making it even more busy. Honestly, it's like one big dump of all the things we have.
Maybe we can structure at least its layout better? Can you sketch how to position features based on the importance, like on a napkin. I will work on visual presentation, and maybe @rspeicher will be able to help us to deliver GitLab features.
