Remove Mailchimp Triggers

1. Now - Please remove all automation from mailchimp that sends emails. We should have no more emails going out through MailChimp as of today. To clarify, this is newsletters, RSS feed from blog emails, right?

2. Soon - Continue collecting email addresses through mailchimp from gitlab.com signups and blog newsletter form until @rspeicher is able to migrate to marketo.

Once we get 1 and 2 completed, I'll export all emails and unsubscribe lists from MailChimp and we can close our account.

@bluetaylor giving you access to mailchimp now. Once @rspeicher is able to switch the gitlab signup form to marketo, expore all mailchimp emails into marketo + unsubscribe lists.

Can probably close this in favor of #427 (closed) now.
