Remove premium support from Plus package

We don't have premium support.
The plus package does come with training included, so maybe replace it with that.

@sytse @dblessing @ron @jwrede it was supposed to be higher priority support - with a response time guarantee but I’m changing it to “Git training” per @sytse’s request
