pages dont load properly when not accessed from the home page

I use chrome Version 33.0.1750.154 m on windows 8.1

For example : I go to https://www.gitlab.com/gitlab-ee/ with an empty cache, i see this: http://hfr-rehost.dev.syn.fr/self/925c5568424d8ec8e3d8ac159d09c1b36d9d0fc1.png

If I go to the home page and click on the link pointing to the enterprise edition product,the page loads fine.

If I hit F5, it stil works.

If I hit ctrl+F5, it shows the empty page again.
