Create a logos page with our own logo on the website

• Get the png/pfd/svg logo and wordmarks from https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gitlab-artwork
• Remove the files from gitlab-artwork and create a text file that links to www.gitlab.com/logos
• Explain the font we use
• Add do's and don'ts
