Update Partner Application Page Design

The Partner application page is due for an overhaul in terms of aesthetic and functionality.

Purpose: Highlight breath of different integrations offered between GitLab and other partners

Audience:

1. Developers who are already using another product, are considering GitLab, and want to know if we integrate with different products
2. Developers who are using GitLab and another product, and want to know if the two products integrate
3. Developers who are currently using GitLab and want to see if other tools can be integrated with GitLab

Required Functionality

• Search options to allow developers to find the exact application they are search for
• Option which allows developers to filter applications by high level category e.g CI or CMS plug-ins etc.
• Improvements in aesthetic: inclusion of application logos, link to integration page on company website, standardised description, company name, product name.

Front End Dev Required

Iteration 1

• Add search bar functionality to search for application by keyword/name.

Iteration 2

• Add functionality to search by application category

Iteration 3

• Add company logos of all applications that integrate with GitLab

Iteration 4

• Update application descriptions to be similar length

Iteration 5

• Create separate pages for each application with benefits of each application

Marketing Input

• Design basic outline of how page should look
• Collect application logos of all applications that integrate with GitLab
• Rewrite short description for all applications
• Announce new application page to company
• Document the entire process of updating the webpage for future review
