Not sure if you wanted to link directly to that PDF so I added a link to the google search. First result shows the PDF version of the principles, including principle 100: Evaluate People Accurately, Not Kindly.
* I also think his quote might be misunderstood. I don't think he means to evaluate people like a robot and do not treat them in a nice manner. Here's an [interesting excerpt from the book](http://fortune.com/2017/09/13/ray-dalio-bridgewater-associates-book) where he explains his principles as well as the quote "Evaluate people accurately, not kindly" in a better way.
> Here's a quote that stood out: "Your assessment of how Responsible Parties are performing should be based not on whether they’re doing it your way but on whether they’re doing it in a good way. Speak frankly, listen with an open mind, consider the views of other believable and honest people, and try to get in sync about what’s going on with the person and why. Remember not to be overconfident in your assessments, as it’s possible you are wrong."
* Also fixed minor styling issues and typos.Sid SijbrandijSid Sijbrandijhttps://staging.gitlab.com/gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com/-/merge_requests/7684Fix hyperlink to redirect to memory section of requirements2017-10-01T13:23:20Zusername-removed-1655452Fix hyperlink to redirect to memory section of requirementsChange text "**recommend at least 4GB of free memory**" on https://about.gitlab.com/installation/ to redirect to memory section of requirements instead of CPU.Change text "**recommend at least 4GB of free memory**" on https://about.gitlab.com/installation/ to redirect to memory section of requirements instead of CPU.https://staging.gitlab.com/gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com/-/merge_requests/7646Update locality on team.yml2017-09-28T05:46:38ZJamie HurewitzUpdate locality on team.ymlhttps://staging.gitlab.com/gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com/-/merge_requests/7641Fix gnupg is required by apt-get update on Debian2017-10-06T16:02:48Zusername-removed-1628446Fix gnupg is required by apt-get update on DebianOn a fresh minimal install of Debian 9/Stretch, apt-get update was not

So if you need something more granular for "fix how long this SQL query takes", we can do that, but it would be as a "further example" rather than at the top level.Mike Bartlettmike.bartlett@gmail.comMike Bartlettmike.bartlett@gmail.comhttps://staging.gitlab.com/gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com/-/merge_requests/7578update comp details for change2017-09-25T21:50:59ZBrittany Rohdeupdate comp details for changeSid SijbrandijSid Sijbrandijhttps://staging.gitlab.com/gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com/-/merge_requests/7575Update Product Handbook with navigation responsibility2017-10-06T10:41:36ZMike Bartlettmike.bartlett@gmail.comUpdate Product Handbook with navigation responsibilityAdds Mike Bartlett as responsible for overall navigationAdds Mike Bartlett as responsible for overall navigationhttps://staging.gitlab.com/gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com/-/merge_requests/7573WIP: Update gems2017-09-25T12:01:10ZAchilleas PipinellisWIP: Update gemshttps://staging.gitlab.com/gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com/-/merge_requests/7572Fix installation text referencing CentOS2017-09-25T09:44:18ZPhil Hughesme@iamphill.comFix installation text referencing CentOSCloses #1650Closes #1650Achilleas PipinellisAchilleas Pipinellishttps://staging.gitlab.com/gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com/-/merge_requests/7553WIP: Benchmark build times2017-09-22T16:02:47ZAchilleas PipinellisWIP: Benchmark build timesAchilleas PipinellisAchilleas Pipinellishttps://staging.gitlab.com/gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com/-/merge_requests/7538Fix link to "Allow edits from upstream maintainers" issue2017-09-21T09:23:16Zusername-removed-1149301Fix link to "Allow edits from upstream maintainers" issueThe previously linked issue is a duplicate of the issue I changed the link to.The previously linked issue is a duplicate of the issue I changed the link to.https://staging.gitlab.com/gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com/-/merge_requests/7518WIP: Support meat v fluff2017-09-19T21:44:04ZLee MatosWIP: Support meat v fluffWe have tight SLAs and it's leading to this stress that we have to "solve" in that time.
