@kirstenabma Somehow I lost editing privileges to the form? We need to clarify the form from the perspective of a non-Dutch contractor. Things like asking for "initials and last name" is very common in NL, but confusing outside of it. Furthermore we need to clarify where the information from this form goes, etc. Can you please grant access and then we can let it go live?

@ernstvn This is the live form, you should still have privileges with the work form. You can find it in your drive under "shared with me"

The more I think about it, the less I like the duplication of the request from the new team member. Can't we pre-populate the sheet for Savvy based on what we already gather when preparing the contract? The only new thing here is the IBAN code, and the additional docs.
