Decrease Demand for Support feels like the wrong wording to use. Support is aways going to be in demand, having this as a support strategy feels a lot like saying "Decrease the need for Service Engineers"
It also doesn't seem to match the sub paragraph:

There's no mention of decreasing demand just assisting users to become more self sufficient. Let's focus on "empowering users" to be more self sufficient instead of "Decreasing Demand for Support"?
